User Customizable Dashboards

PinPoint’s user customizable dashboards enable our customers to get the key metrics they need in order to quickly assess the health of their fleet operations, and identify issues that need immediate action. Instead of presenting users with lengthy data dumps that require time and effort to understand, these unique dashboards provide graphic representations of the information that is needed without clutter.

Web Hosted Software

The Web version can be accessed from any web enabled PC, and enables customers to access all of their driver and vehicle data, standard reports, custom reports, and information via a secure web hosted solution.

Self-Hosted Software

The self hosted software solution is typically selected by either customers of the passive, RF, or WiFi solutions, or alternatively, large enterprise customers, that wish to achieve an extra measure of control by hosting the software on their own IT infrastructure. All of the features that are available from the Web Hosted version are accessible in the self hosted version, plus the added measure of control that management of your own database will provide.

Custom Reports

The GO series of products are unique as they enable customers to create their own reports using tools provided within the software core. This provides the freedom to capture metrics that make a difference in your business, rather than getting by on a standard library of reports that has been designed as a general purpose report set.

Customers have two choices – they can build the reports themselves, or they can engage PinPoint to do it for them. If they engage PinPoint, they may select from our library of custom reports – chances are that we have already done a similar report for another customer, or they can engage us to develop the report from scratch. Here are some examples of Custom Reports that have been developed for our Customer Base.

This report is intended to identify the 5 worst drivers in each month using the number of speeding infractions as the selection criteria. The customer’s objective is to reduce fuel consumption, and to avoid the adverse publicity that results from the public seeing a speeding truck with the company’s logo on it rushing down the road.

The next report is intended to identify where the drivers are spending their time, with three choices – stopped at a customer site, stopped at a non-customer site, or in motion. The intent is to first identify those drivers that are spending an insufficient proportion of their time at customer sites, and then to determine that causes, and finally to correct the problem.
