Our experiences spans in technology, sales, finance, customer service, marketing and most importantly, fleet tracking industry.
We combine our expertise with a passion for excellence to ensure our customers receive only the best in product and after-sales service.
Vince Arone, General Manager:
Vince, one of the founders of PinPoint, is a Professional Engineer of Ontario with MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto. Vince has over 15 years of sales and management experience in multi-national telecommunication companies such as Ericsson, Siemens and Lucent. He also spent the last 5 years working within the Telematics industry. Vince launched PinPoint GPS Solution on the basis of providing simple but powerful applications to businesses looking to improve fleet operations. Most recently, he launched PinPoint Innovative Networks as a technical incubator for software analysis and development. As an active association member, Vince is part of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario as well as a member of the Enterprise-Ireland Advisory panel. He also serves on Snow & Ice Commodity Group and Technical Support Committee within Landscape Ontario supporting key initiatives for its provincial members.
Bob Farrell, Vice President Sales & Operations:
Bob is one of the founders of PinPoint. Prior to joining our team, Bob spent over 20 years in large multi-national telecommunications companies such as Nortel Networks, Hyperchip, and Arkipelago Inc. as VP of Finance and Sales in Europe and North America. Since Pinpoint’s inception, Bob has played a key role in building the company’s sales and operations team, and has taken an active role in the company’s work with its equipment partners, customers, and trade organizations such as Landscape Ontario, and the Ontario Road Builders Association (ORBA).
Jenny Seo, Director Client Services & Operations
Jenny was a Co-op student from University of Waterloo and joined back the team as soon as she graduated. She has been enjoying the rapidly evolving technology industry ever since. Brining her mix background in both technology and business, she has spent time in evaluating business processes and improving system utilization for clients. Jenny understands the intricacies of deploying telematics and IoT solutions experiences that clients love. She focuses her efforts on providing her clients with top talent, while delivering promises and professionalism throughout the deployment and account retention processes. Jenny is responsible for leading PinPoint GPS’ operations and client service organizations.
Reetu Khuggar, Finance Manager:
She has successfully passed CFE and is awaiting CPA certification.
Stacey Dwyer, Director, Business Solutions:
Stacey is a Chemical Engineer who started her career with Ericsson, where she worked in Canada and in Dallas in a variety of pre-sales and sales support functions, and ultimately ran the bid teams. Since joining PinPoint, Stacey has been an integral part of the organization initially assisting in implementing sales support tools, and subsequently moving into project management on our largest accounts. More recently, her role has been broadened to include the sale of professional services, management of the trial process for enterprise customers, and the sale of additional hardware to our larger installed base customers.
Nicole Winstanley, Manager Inside Sales
Nicole is the Manager of the Inside Sales Team and has been with PinPoint for 7 years. She has almost 20 years experience in the Telecommunications industry working in Sales, Bid Management and Customer Retention. She enjoys working directly with clients to help them leverage their technology investment to gain the greatest business impact. Nicole is passionate about providing our customers with a best-in-class customer experience, starting from initial deployment and throughout the various touch-points during their relationship with PinPoint.
